Why I do this
I bought my first home without an agent.
My wife and I bought our first house straight from the people we were renting from. No agent, nobody guiding us. We thought we were keeping it simple, and it got overwhelming fast. Contracts, deadlines, inspections, and a constant question of whether we were doing any of it right.
We got through it. But I remember thinking that I wished someone had walked us through it.
Before real estate I spent fifteen years as a professional dancer with Texas Ballet Theater. I left on purpose. I have a wife and a two-year-old daughter, and at some point the maths of a dancer’s life stopped working for the three of us.
Ballet taught me discipline, attention to detail, and how to stay calm when something is going sideways at the last minute. That carries into this work more than you would think.
How I can help
Whichever end of the story you are on.
If you are buying, especially for the first time, this is the part nobody explains properly. I will walk you through it in order and in plain English. What you actually need saved, what a lender wants to see, what happens during the option period, and which inspection findings genuinely matter. No jargon, and no pressure to move faster than you want to.
If you are selling, you are closing something out, and that deserves doing properly. Pricing built on real comparable sales, honest advice about what is worth fixing and what is not, and photography and video I shoot myself including licensed drone work. I hold an FAA Part 107 certificate, so the aerial footage is legal to fly commercially.
If you are somewhere in between, that is genuinely fine. A lot of people talk to me a year before anything happens.
